The American Car and the Companies that produce them are the longest standing symbol of American pride and ingenuity. Some of your kids are named after a car, and many of them were conceived in the back seat of one !After all that they have done for us, and all that they have given us for so long, isn’t it a little selfish that we now turn our backs on them ?

Congress forced the American Automakers to do in 3 weeks, something they haven’t been able to do in 30 years…come up with a plan for success ! You have to wonder, why we need to give the Big 3 $34 billion when we can purchse all of thier stock for far less and just own the companies and make them public corprations?
