House Music Podcast Vol 3 By Taku Nakahara on iTunes

Posted on 27 September 2008

The best way to find new music, and keep your head bobbing when you don’t know the names of certain tracks and artists, or if you live in an area that is, shall we say, “challenged” when it comes to current Dance Music, is podcasts. And if you have an iPod, you no doubt have iTunes installed, the best resource for Dance Music Podcasts and Internet Radio on the web for the “challenged” Dance Music fan, or seasoned club hopper.

For those of you that are still in the dark ages, but love Dance Music, I hope by now that you have at least purchased yourself an iPod so that you can at least follow the suggestions of Dance Music enthusiasts like myself and download all the great House and Trance Music that is out there. (If you haven’t Go directly to the Club Life Shop and get with the times, or at least put one on your holiday wish list)

Recently, I myself, joined the ranks of the technologically advanced and upgraded to an iPod Touch. It is one of the greatest personal, portable entertainment devices since the Sony Walkman Cassette Player,. ( Kids ask your parents what that is).

While I was browsing iTunes for some new and exciting podcasts to download into my touch screen music and video player, I stumbled upon Taku Nakahara’s 2008 Autumn House Mix Vol 3.

For all of you that love traditional House, with a splash of Progressive and Trance like myself, this should be a must have download for you. Taku Nakahara has a good ear for the hits with smooth professional blends to take you from track to thumping track.

The track selection is right on and he gets down to business right on the 1st track with an old favorite, a “Show me Love” by Robin S remix, and finishes strong on the last 5 tracks including the necessary remix of “Pjannoo” by Eric Prydz, the breakout track of the year, around track 12. Other favorites on the 15 track Podcast include “Toca’s Miracle“, “Pushin’ On”, and “Angel On My Shoulder

This is one that you will keep on your iPod for a while.

You can visit Taku Nakahara’s blog at http://www.music-ibiza.com/, otherwise I highly suggest downloading the podcast today, or for those of you who still do not have iTunes installed, you can follow the MP3 link and listen on your computer with Quicktime.
